Supreme Court Consideration of ACA Case

The Supreme Court is set to consider a challenge to the Affordable Care Act today, with opening arguments scheduled for this afternoon. While the case will likely not be decided until spring 2021, HBI staff have compiled possible outcomes of the different decisions the Court could reach, and some of the impacts it could have on health insurance systems broadly.
